Gregoire Goodstein took up his position as Chief IOM Donor Relations Division in January 2017. Prior to that, he was IOM’s Chief of Mission to Haiti (2012-16), Serbia (2006-12) and Croatia (2000-06).
Starting in 1991 and prior to joining IOM, Gregoire Goodstein worked in a number of crisis and transition environments including Belize, Somalia, South Sudan, Sierra Leone, Burundi, the former-Yugoslavia and the Philippines.
His degrees are in International Agricultural Development (BSc) from UC Davis, and Social Policy and Planning in Developing Countries (MSc.) from the London School of Economics.
A dual French-US national, he is married and has two daughters.
